OK. today's blog post will be plainly me ranting so,  Carry on reading if you want to find out more about the rant.

I went to the dentist today, made an appointment early on Sunday to get my teeth whitened.

I know most of the people would be like. SO YOUNG WANT TO WHITEN TEETH? YOUR TEETH VERY YELLOW MEH?

Yes, Im young, and scientifically I'm at the age where teeth whitening is not an issue ( no long term side-effect, plus the teeth's pulp chamber, or nerve of the tooth, is enlarged until the age of 16 only ) and lawfully, its legal.

as to are my teeth that yellow to have them be whitened, yes and no.

Yes to me. But No for the rest of you who are against cosmetic surgeries aka hypocrites.

And the dentist was a hypocrite too.

Actually I intended to buy whitening strips from the dentist back in Sitiawan but after some research I decided to opt for in-office whitening.

What really pissed me off was that this dentist was trying to brainwash me the way she must've brain washed her daughter. And her typical indian parenting point of views. THE FUCK. trying to be so self righteous. the things she said was VERY unprofessional.

the term dentist, will be replaced with BITCH from this line onwards.

Bitch started blabbering things that doesn't make sense to me. But I listened anyway.

First of all, she said she was going to somewhat brief me about the whole procedure, going to explain every single thing to me.
Actually I wanted to just get things started because I KNEW what it is going to be like.
But that's what a professional bitch would do you know. Explain to the patients about procedures and a lil Q&A session.
Just like when you're in the hospital. Infected with cancer, and they tell you things that you should know.And they let you ask things like, how many more months left am I to live? You get the idea.

But bitch started off saying,

she doesnt do this for those 17 and below, so I said Im 18. Then she was like, oh ya I know. I saw your file on the table. ?

Oh ya really bitch? if you knew then why are you telling me you dont do this for those below 17 ?
And scientifically it's not advisable for those below 16 not 17. but if you want to be a special bitch adding your personal preference to your practice then by all means you're just unprofessional.

And then she proceeded telling me everything that I knew. After that she started adding alot of her opinions or should I say bullshit into our conversation.

She was asking me what am I doing now after SPM. I said I just finished ns. then she was like oh my daughter is your age also. she wanted to go to ns but didnt got into the first batch yadayadayada.

So she was like, you're in the science stream right? You take biology right? So what Im explaining now you will be able to understand a?..* insert indian slang to make it sound more realistic*  Then she went on with the hydrogen peroxide bla shit that I already KNOW.
After that she was like so what are your plans ? What are you going to study? Ok nehmind, all these questions is just a friendly gesture right. Its common for people to be asking you about your plans when you say you're 18. whether their genuinely interested to know or not.

Ok what really ticked me off was these few things that she said.

1. I shouldn't waste money doing this, my teeth is in the A3 band ( there's 3 groups, A2, A3 and A3.5 )

Most normal people = A3 group. Unless Im going for modelling or a photoshoot theres absolutely no need for me to do it. Your teeth will just be a few shades whiter only. People down the street wont even notice.

2.  I'm still very young, should wait until I start working only do it. For now use the money for my studies.

3. My daughter also insist on whitening, since she was in secondary school, but I dont let her. I say no to her.

4. My daughter just celebrated her 18th birthday and was like I am legal to take wine already. So I understand why you want to do this.

5. I say no to my children. ( I forgot what she said in exact words, but my mom was there and she was saying something indirectly insulting my mom. Something like My mom cannot say no to me but she say no to her children )

6. YOU SO YOUNG YOUR TEETH OKAY ALREADY. YOUR FACE ALSO SMOOTH. NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT ALL THESE COSMETIC THINGS. YOU WILL BE BEAUTIFUL FOR THE NEXT 20-30 YEARS OF YOUR LIFE. I REMEMBER LOOKING THROUGH MY PHOTOS WHEN I WAS 20 YEARS YOUNGER, AND I WAS LIKE WOW, SO PRETTY AH EVEN WITHOUT ALL THIS COSMETIC THINGS. DONT GO NEAR ALL THESE COSMETIC SURGERIES. NT GOOD ONE.

my mom asked every dentist that we went to to make sure that my teeth wont become very sensitive etc if I do whitening. She allowed me to do because she knows that Im determined and I know what Im getting myself into. She knows that I did research. Not anyhow. THATS WHY SHE LET ME. PLUS NO SIDE EFFECT. WHY NOT?

lol. HYPOCRITE LA YOU. enough said. you help 12,13,14,15,16,17 year olds do braces. RIGHT? THATS COSMETIC SURGERY. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE?

SO THEY CAN HAVE NICE TEETH. THEY CAN FIX THEIR UGLY TEETH. BUT I CANNOT? BECAUSE MY TEETH IS NORMAL SHADE ALREADY, I CANNOT WANT MORE?

HELLO, WHATEVER YOU SAY WONT CHANGE MY DECISION OF WHITENING OK? I'M YOUNG AND VAIN. BUT THERE'S NO WRONG TO THAT.

She made me feel super uneasy in her clinic. Like she doesn't want me in there. the fuck sia. and my appointment was at 12. and at 12.30 her nurse came in and gave her a file say the 12.30 appointment something come already. The fuck. That means she already PLANNED TO get me out of her office by 12.30. the fuck lar.

Actually I can rant summore. But I veh sian. can ao huet ( vomit blood in hokkien )

I'm going to whiten my teeth tomorrow, just that it wont be in her clinic.
